Saxon Water Pipeline
The Saxon Water Pipeline began as a project to provide Martian residents with "water". Considering Mars is fairly desolate, it's safe to assume there isn't a lot of water available (just on the poles). The pipeline is one way to get water to the Martian community. Nearly completely encompassing Mars' building radius around ground zero, and branching off in various places into Mars' interior, the pipeline only connects less than 10 people.
