The links to the pictures are broken. the teleport goes to a town called 
(presumably) Hammarberg. The town is not unattractive, but no buildings
built by current citizens were found.
Recommendation: Remove the trash, preserve the houses, and cover the land.

By comparing the dates on the flame objects with the dates
on the surrounding ground cover belonging to 43 Grover
(the flames were built 4 months earlier than the ground cover)
I surmize that they are intended as a calling card, 
rather than vandalism.
