The Nitty Gritty Details

Before applying please make sure you meet the requirements listed below and that you have read all information on this page. If you have any questions regarding the requirements please contact Ryan.

Requirements to apply to be a WK:

• Must be a citizen for at least 6 months (this can be waived if you have been a citizen before previously)
• Must have a good understanding of how AW works
• Must not be sharing citizenship with anyone else
• Must be willing to spend at least 2 hours per week in AWNewbie on duty

Please read the following:

• Do not block telegrams or hide your online status from Ryan, Elyk, or Ferruccio at any time. If you block telegrams or hide your online status, your application will not be accepted or you will be removed from training.
• Do not change citname during the application/training process or your application may not be accepted or you may be removed from training. If you must change citname before training, telegram Ryan before making the change. If you must change citname during training, please telegram Ferruccio before making the change.

Applicants are accepted based on:

• Meeting above requirements
• Showing a level of maturity required by the WK position
• Demonstrating knowledge of AW, GuardBot, and WK Guidelines (i.e., passing the training sims)
• Having a relatively good standing in the AW community

We have to carefully select who becomes WatchKeepers. Not all applications can be accepted.
