To qualify, the event, build, model,etc must be manufactured or hosted after the 2008 ceremony. All previous winners with the exception of 2008 are eligible to be nominated.
Remember make note of an exceptional build, avatar, landscape, world, website, event, art, leader, media, or something new that should be nominated. This will help you with the process.
